Job summary

Aviva Family and Children’s Services is seeking a Director of the Interim Supportive Housing (DISH) Program to oversee Wallis House and the Time Limited Subsidy (TLS) program. You will lead staff, ensure service delivery for residents and TLS participants, and report on program performance.

The role requires trauma-informed leadership, collaboration with county/state partners, and a focus on housing stability and quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate integrity and sound judgment.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in crisis or residential settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Wallis House and TLS program operations and staff.
• Leads program development in case management, life skills and housing stability.
• Implements trauma-informed care, housing first and harm reduction principles.
• Manages budget, audits, and contract compliance.
• Coordinates intake/discharge processes and community partnerships.
