The Integrated Watershed Management (IWM) Business Class Director will guide technical capabilities, coordinate with market sectors, and ensure quality across HDR projects, from water supply to watershed initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, client engagement, and mentoring technical leaders, with travel expected up to 35% across HDR’s U.S. footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles with technical design.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working with HDR directors, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Drive risk management through process and resource reviews and provide technical advisory services.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Mentor technical leaders and support client development and project pursuits.
• Monitor company-wide performance within business class and implement corrective actions.
