Job summary

Noble Studios is seeking an Associate Director of Integrated Planning to bridge strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, content, creative, social and PR. You will lead cross-channel planning, build integrated recommendations, and directly manage hands-on campaigns within our agency’s Performance Marketing team.

The role requires 6+ years in paid media, agency experience, and expertise across search, social, programmatic, and traditional media. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid media experience, preferably at an agency, with hands-on work in search, paid social and programmatic.
• Experience setting paid media strategy and managing budgets for several clients at once.
• Hands-on use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager and at least one DSP (The Trade Desk or DV360) and GA4.
• Experience planning or buying traditional media (TV, radio, out-of-home or print).
• Experience collaborating with SEO, content, creative and social teams toward shared client goals.
• Travel, multi-brand or multi-region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-channel plans: Connect paid strategy with SEO/AE0, content, creative, social and PR to share audiences and goals.
• Briefs and kickoffs: Contribute to briefs and guide teams in building an integrated recommendation.
• Budget recommendations: Advise on budget splits across paid media and other channels.
• Plan management: Maintain planning templates, flowcharts, and QA checklists.
• Campaign planning: Lead major campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• New business: Support pitches with paid and integrated plans.
• Process and documentation: Develop planning documents and standards.
