Job summary

Noble Studios seeks an Associate Director of Integrated Planning in Las Vegas to bridge strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, content, and creative. You will lead cross-channel planning, manage budgets, and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client goals.

You’ll work hands-on in ad platforms, shaping campaigns across search, social, programmatic, TV, radio, and out-of-home while maintaining tight alignment with SEO and content strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid media experience, preferably at an agency.
• Experience setting paid media strategy and managing budgets for several clients at once.
• Hands-on skill in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager and at least one DSP (such as The Trade Desk or DV360) and GA4.
• Experience planning or buying traditional media (TV, radio, out-of-home or print).
• Experience working with SEO, content, creative and social teams toward shared client goals.

Responsibilities

• Cross-channel plans: Connect paid strategy with SEO/AEO, content, creative, social and PR.
• Briefs and kickoffs: Contribute to briefs and guide teams in building integrated recommendations.
• Budget recommendations and consultation: Advise on budget splits across channels and brands.
• Plan management: Maintain planning documents and calendars to align execution with the plan.
• Campaign planning: Lead multi-channel campaigns including traditional media.
