HHS Facilities Management, LLC (USA) seeks a senior plant engineering and maintenance leader to manage a hospital-based department onsite around Titusville, FL. You will build a high-performance team focused on reliability, safety, and cost-effective operations.

You will oversee repairs, installations, shifts, budgets, and compliance with Joint Commission and OSHA standards, driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-the-job safety experience.
• Experience with The Joint Commission and OSHA regulatory bodies.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a goal-oriented plant engineering and maintenance department at a hospital.
• Establish standards and oversee maintenance operations, including repairs and overhauls.
• Provide leadership that fosters morale, quality and respect.
• Lead recruitment, training, development, assignments and schedules.
• Implement and utilize an electronic maintenance management system.
• Perform daily assessments and coach team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve goals.
