Job summary

CNM Central New Mexico Community College seeks full-time faculty to provide high-quality instruction aligned with program outcomes and student learning goals. Faculty will also engage in college service, professional development, and collaborative work with internal and external partners to enhance the student learning experience.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering coursework, assessing student learning, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Conferred associate's degree, and medical or allied health education or training.
• Two or more years of experience related to medical assisting.
• Current medical assisting credential (RMA, CMA, NCMA, CCMA, CMAC) with expiration date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, teach, grade, and assess student learning in courses assigned.
• Create and model a quality learning environment for diverse learners.
• Structure classes to align with program and course outcomes.
• Maintain student records and provide documentation as needed.
• Participate in college service and department committees.
