Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Director of Equity Research Sales to deepen relationships with institutional clients on the East Coast and beyond, translating research into actionable ideas and driving commission and trading activity across our platform.

In this client-facing role, you will partner with research analysts and trading desks, deliver timely market insights, and originate new business while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years equity sales experience preferred.
• Strong network of institutional investor relationships.
• Deep understanding of equity markets and the firm's research products.
• Ability to originate new business and grow client revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Collaborative mindset across research, trading, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with institutional clients along the East Coast.
• Deliver timely equity research, market insights, and actionable ideas to clients.
• Serve as primary liaison between institutional clients and research analysts.
• Originate new client relationships and grow revenue across the equity research sales franchise.
• Promote the firm's research products, analyst coverage, and corporate access offerings.
• Collaborate with research, trading, and sales to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Monitor market developments and client needs to identify opportunities.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
