Anytime Capital is seeking a crypto revenue lead to own the crypto revenue line, set pricing, manage liquidity providers and settlement partners, and define inventory and risk policies across buy, sell, convert and OTC.

You will collaborate with the Head of Banking and Compliance to address travel rule, blockchain analytics and sanctions screening, and you will report performance to the founders as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in crypto at an exchange, OTC desk, brokerage, or trading firm.
• Direct experience with liquidity sourcing, spread management or inventory risk.
• You understand custody, settlement and moving assets across chains.
• Commercial ownership of a revenue line, not solely technical trading.
• Comfortable operating in a regulated environment with compliance obligations.

Responsabilités

• Own the crypto revenue line: volume, spread, margin and forecast
• Set pricing and manage spread across the assets we support
• Manage liquidity providers, exchange relationships and settlement partners
• Own inventory and market risk policy — how much we hold and how we hedge it
• Define the crypto product roadmap across buy, sell, convert and OTC
• Work with Compliance on travel rule, blockchain analytics and sanctions screening
• Support branches and the sales team on larger OTC transactions
• Report performance and strategy directly to the founders
