Job summary

Burson, part of WPP, seeks a Director for its Insights & Intelligence team to turn data into strategic insights for global brands across technology, retail, and finance. You will balance social listening, analytics rigor, and AI fluency while leading client engagements and mentoring a talented team.

You’ll collaborate with internal groups and clients to deliver actionable insights tied to brand reputation, campaign performance, and thought leadership, with a hybrid work model and growth

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years in analytics or insights for PR/communications/advertising.
• Strong social media analytics and listening experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Experience with generative AI models in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights for campaigns and reputation.
• Translate data into narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Lead social listening programs and ensure data integrity.
