Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director of Insights & Performance Analytics to turn analytics into actionable commercial insights and to build the BI reporting layer that informs strategy across commercial, medical, and leadership teams.

You will translate complex data (claims, EHR, payer, scripts, marketing engagement) into clear narratives about patient dynamics, HCP behavior, and launch performance, while leading BI implementation and field deployment analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 6+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics with launch analytics exposure.
• Experience designing BI reporting layers and launch-tracking dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Generate patient journey insights from claims, EHR, payer and other data sources.
• Lead BI reporting layer design, data flows, governance, and executive dashboards.
• Support segmentation, targeting, tiering, and territory design with analytics insights.
• Oversee data partnerships and performance analytics for marketing investments.
