Job summary

Doceree is seeking a senior innovation leader to join as the first hire in its innovation function. You will translate proprietary intelligence into credible, evidence-led thought leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Enablement, GTM, Strategy, and Product.

You will own research integrity, manage end-to-end programs, and co-create new solutions while credibly representing the function with senior partners and external technical leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, agency innovation/planning, or insights.
• Ability to own workstreams end to end and represent a function to stakeholders.
• Clear, compelling narrative skills to turn complex material into readable insights.
• Demonstrated research rigor with provenance for claims.
• Proven program- or project-management discipline across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction across a broad remit.
• Familiarity with regulated, MLR-governed marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead thought leadership content across formats (reports, guides, days, POVs).
• Own data sourcing, validation, and benchmarks to underpin authority.
• Develop and apply rigorous methodology with AI/product teams.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives end to end (Marketing, Enablement, GTM, Strategy, Product).
• Co-create and prototype new innovation concepts with stakeholders.
• Represent the innovation function alongside the CINO at events and partner sessions.
