Job summary

Doceree, the AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing, seeks the first hire in our innovation function. You will turn proprietary intelligence into credible, evidence-led thought leadership and own cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Enablement, GTM, Strategy, and Product.

This is a broad, hands-on role for an experienced operator who thrives in research, content, program management, and co-creation with external partners, and who can credibly represent the function with

Qualifications

• Independent operator who owns workstreams end to end.
• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities.
• Rigorous research approach with data provenance.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Proven project management with cross-functional delivery.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory/MLR marketing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead thought leadership content across formats and ensure data-driven credibility.
• Own sourcing, validation, and integrity of data used in outputs.
• Apply Grounded Intelligence Standards; collaborate with AI and Product teams on methodology.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Enablement, GTM, Strategy, and Product.
• Co-create and prototype new innovation concepts with internal and external partners.
• Represent the innovation function at events and with senior partners.
