Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Bismarck, ND seeks a Director of Innovation and Project Management to lead the bank's innovation and PM initiatives in person across ND/SD locations. You will drive process improvements, ownership clarity, and change management while leveraging data to guide projects and team velocity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Finance and 10+ years in banking with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and program management capabilities within banking.
• Experience guiding change initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of bank products, services, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bank's efforts around Innovation and Project Management.
• Own process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness recommendations, ownership clarity, change management leadership, clear roles and responsibilities.
• Maximize use of data and lead projects and innovation/project management teams.
• Partner with bank leadership to identify new growth opportunities and align goals.
