ADP is seeking a Director of Infrastructure Security to lead the enterprise server and endpoint vulnerability management across a hybrid environment of on-prem and cloud. You will drive risk reduction aligned with security objectives and partner with multiple technology teams to mature the program.

The role blends technical leadership with people management and requires experience in managing large-scale CVM programs, plus certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years cybersecurity/infrastructure security experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale vulnerability management programs.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers in hybrid cloud environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the enterprise vulnerability management program for servers, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Drive remediation planning and execution with infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, application, and product teams.
• Oversee vulnerability assessment platforms and related technologies.
• Identify and implement automation to improve discovery, prioritization, and reporting.
• Develop risk-aware vulnerability management methodologies considering exploitability and business impact.
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting, and risk communications.
