Pendulum is seeking a Director, Influencer Marketing to build an industry-defining influencer platform that earns trust and drives growth. You will shape strategy, oversee a diverse roster of experts, celebrities and advocates, and partner with PR, creative, and growth teams to scale authentic storytelling across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in marketing with influencer experience, leadership, and agency collaboration. A health-focused background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience focused on influencer marketing, social media and content strategy.
• Managerial or director-level experience.
• Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with external agencies (PR, talent, affiliate networks).
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead influencer strategy to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Build and manage a diversified influencer portfolio with health/wellness focus.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare experts, creators and advocates.
• Establish testing frameworks and optimize campaigns for CAC and revenue.
• Collaborate with Creative, PR and growth teams to scale authentic storytelling.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards to track performance and impact.
