Pendulum Therapeutics in San Francisco is seeking a Director, Influencer Marketing to architect a scalable influencer engine that builds trust in microbiome science and drives growth. You will lead strategy across scientists, physicians, creators and affiliates, building authentic partnerships and collaborating with PR, creative and DTC teams to amplify storytelling across earned, owned and paid channels.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing experience with influencer focus.
• Experience managing external agencies (PR, talent, affiliate networks).
• BA required; MBA or Master’s a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategic vision for influencer-led storytelling that builds trust and drives acquisition.
• Build a diversified influencer portfolio across macro-, micro-, and other influencer types.
• Cultivate authentic relationships with cultural voices, healthcare experts and creators.
• Develop testing frameworks and optimize campaigns for CAC and revenue efficiency.
• Provide guidance to influencers to balance creator authenticity with Pendulum’s science-forward guardrails.
• Scale influencer programs across organic, DTC channels and partner networks.
• Create dashboards and reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence to show impact and growth.
• Mentor and develop the Manager, Influencer Marketing and contribute to cross-functional planning.
