Job summary

A non-profit organization seeks a Director of Individual Giving to lead fundraising programs and manage key events. This role involves increasing individual donations and donor relations through various campaigns, ensuring quality communications, and overseeing an annual Gala. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of fundraising expertise, along with strong project management and communication skills, and will work on-site on Governors Island four days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of fundraising experience, focusing on individual giving.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in managing special events like galas.
