Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an experienced senior procurement leader to oversee indirect spend across IT, HR, Sales, Marketing, and more. You will drive strategy, policy development, and supplier consolidation while leading multi-functional teams from a regional hub in Franklin, TN.

You will partner with senior leaders to align business needs with innovative sourcing solutions, coach teams, and manage key supplier relationships to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15 years of demonstrated success in automation in financial/tech/purchasing processes.
• Proven ability to lead people, projects and process changes.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders to align business needs with tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy for optimizing indirect spend across multiple functions.
• Maintain relationships with BU and VP-level leaders to align objectives.
• Drive compliance with indirect spend policies and process improvements.
• Standardize specs, consolidate suppliers, and optimize spend/value.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Perform financial planning/analysis to identify value opportunities.
• Manage relationships and performance with indirect spend suppliers.
