Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead GTI's indirect sourcing across multiple categories, including CapEx, IT, Corporate Services, Facilities, and Retail. You will drive category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead competitive sourcing events to deliver savings while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role reports to the Director, Indirect Procurement and requires strong negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to advance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of indirect procurement or strategic sourcing experience with measurable savings.
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and negotiating contracts.
• Strong financial acumen: spend analysis, TCO, business cases.

Aufgaben

• Lead indirect procurement across GTI's broad portfolio, aligning with business priorities.
• Develop multi-year category strategies using market intelligence and spend analysis.
• Manage Sourcing events from scoping to award, delivering savings and quality improvements.
• Negotiate complex terms and SLAs, and collaborate with Legal on contracts.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor performance with scorecards and reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed procurement as a business partner.
