A global industry leader is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives across a large, complex indirect spend portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide value, enhancing procurement capabilities, and leading Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management activities across a broad indirect spend portfolio.
• Own and drive the organization's Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, governance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop and execute procurement transformation initiatives that improve process efficiency, compliance, user experience, and savings performance.
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and other business functions to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance programs.
• Establish procurement policies, processes, and controls that support scalability and best practices.
• Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data, analytics, and procurement technology to drive informed business decisions and measurable results.
