Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations.
• Significant experience leading complex implementations, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operational projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, project management, gap analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets and resources, and translate business objectives into actionable operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, translating business segment strategy into functional plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Lead complex customer implementations and operational initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet client SLAs, company standards, budgets, schedules, and business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership, Operations, IT, Engineering, PMO, Finance, and customers to identify process and systemic gaps, develop solutions, and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Champion GXO Lean methodologies by driving continuous improvement initiatives, establishing quality standards for gap analysis, validating financial savings, and promoting Lean training and development across the organization.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, leading resolution of complex issues and preparing customer-facing presentations and solution recommendations.
• Build and lead high-performing implementation teams by attracting top talent, establishing performance expectations, developing employees, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
