Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Implementations to work closely with our Sales team to implement the Science Exchange Supplier Orchestration Platform for our enterprise customers in the life science industry.
About you:
The individual will have a proven track record of managing and executing implementations of large scale enterprise software solutions in a client setting. The candidate will become a product expert in the Science Exchange software marketplace and ecosystem of integration partners, and will be responsible for gathering customer business requirements, translating those into technical specifications, liaising with engineering as needed on new capability build, configuring the platform, and integrating the platform into other software tools for new and existing customers. You will be the project manager and owner of customer implementation projects, driving forward progress both internally and externally. The candidate will have specific proficiency in the Salesforce technology stack and architecture. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to work for a well-funded Life Sciences SaaS company at a unique inflection of growth and with a rapidly growing customer base.
