Summary

Responsible for ensuring that implementation projects meet contractual specifications in the MMIS Reporting and Analytics capabilities. Shapes and drives strategies to keep our delivery model competitive through expert talent, implementation, and quality. Leads key client implementation initiatives via our global delivery networks, focusing on quality and consistency. Leads cutting-edge capabilities to serve client and internal efforts.

Your role in our mission

• Serves as a key leader in MMIS Reports and Analytics, analyzing and making decisions for all reports and analytics in ongoing DDI projects.
• Provides independent review and advice on proposals, projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Partners with finance and engagement leaders to monitor and manage budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
• Directs and manages onsite and offshore team members to review system analysis, technical solutions, design, and coding standards.
• Works with senior leadership to review pipeline work and recommend team expansion as needed.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute successful DDIs.
• Organizes and directs global delivery resources aligned with company strategy, client commitments, and SDLC.
• Ensures delivery costs are within or below budgeted amounts.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or equivalent experience, preferred in Computer Science or Data Informatics.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• At least 5 years of MMIS experience, with deep healthcare claims, provider, and member data knowledge.
• 5+ years in supervisory or management roles, ideally as a Director of Application Development.
• Minimum 5 years in application design and development in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools like PowerBI, Databricks, and SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in a global organization and understanding of CMS Federal reports in MMIS.

What to expect in this role

• 100% remote with up to 15% travel annually.

The application deadline is May 19, 2025. The pay range is $127,400 - $182,000 annually, with variations based on location, experience, and other factors.
