Job summary

Dutchie is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to drive performance on go-lives, CSAT, and time-to-go-live while building scalable processes. You will coach Implementation Strategists and support cannabis operators through onboarding, partnering across Sales, Support, CS, and Product for a best-in-class SaaS experience.

Grounded in the customer-first value, you will guide the team, own outcomes, and scale the implementation function as it grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large teams toward volume-based metrics.
• Deep hands-on experience with retail platforms.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to build trust.
• Effective leadership with ability to inspire teams.
• Analytical, structured, first-principles thinker with process focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Implementation Strategists.
• Own go-lives, CSAT, and time-to-go-live metrics.
• Support clients directly during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, CS, and Product across functions.
• Refine processes to scale the implementation function.
• Shape and scale the Implementation team as it grows.
