This on-site role guides design and technology teams, sets creative direction, and ensures high interaction quality as the studio evolves. You will oversee production from concept to final fabrication, mentor juniors, and collaborate across partners to align ambitious ideas with what can be built and maintained

Competenze

• 10+ years in a creative role centered on interactive, digital, or experience design.
• Portfolio demonstrates interaction design, visual design, and concept development.
• Experience partnering with enterprise or consumer technology clients.
• Willingness to work directly in production tools, not only reviewing Figma files.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools as part of the creative process.
• Comfort spanning full project arc from early concepts to on-site delivery.
• Familiarity with AR, VR, projection, and sensor-driven installations.
