As Lead, you will shape the point of view behind projects, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and present work to clients with confidence. You will push the work forward by tracking new formats and integrating AI-assisted tools into workflows while mentoring junior

Responsibilities

• Define the point of view behind each project, turning briefs or new tech into experience concepts.
• Stay involved through production to keep the finished work true to the original ambition.
• Manage and grow a team of designers, creative technologists, and producers.
• Serve as the primary creative contact, pitching ideas and presenting work with confidence.
• Track new interactive formats, hardware, and platforms, bringing recommendations proactively.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflows and mentor junior creatives through real critique.
