Job summary

Arlington Resources is seeking a Director of Human Resources for a fully onsite role on the Chicago Northside. This senior leader will oversee a 5-6 person HR team and drive comprehensive HR programs acrossemployee relations, risk management, talent management, onboarding, and policy administration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with prior exposure to education or similar industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in education or a similar industry is desirable.
• Previous leadership in a large, matrixed organization is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR team of 5-6 professionals and provide strategic HR leadership.
• Manage employee relations, risk management, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Drive onboarding, policy administration, grievance resolution, and employee engagement.
• Lead OD initiatives, performance management, and delivery of HR programs.
• Handle ADA claim management and ensure compliance across the organization.

Director of Human Resources – Chicago, IL (Northside)- 16977 (ONSITE)

Our client located in Chicago, IL (Northside) is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team!

Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR team (5-6 HR professionals) and have oversite of employee relations, risk management, talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding, policy administration, grievance resolution, employee engagement, OD, performance management, workforce planning, ADA claim management and delivery of HR programs. Previous experience in a large, matrixed organization a must. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Previous experience in the field of Education or a similar industry desired. Salary up to: $150K. Full Medical Benefits Available. This position is fully onsite.
