Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is conducting a confidential search for a hands-on HR Director to build and lead the HR function for a growing healthcare organization. You will own day-to-day HR operations and shape people policies while partnering with leaders to strengthen the employee experience.

You’ll drive recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensure employment-law compliance, reporting, and HR system improvements to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive HR leadership experience with broad ownership.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employment-law knowledge.

• Strong communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Healthcare or pharmacy experience and PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification are preferred. Occasional travel may be required.
