Job summary
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Senior Director, Global Portfolio Management – Biopharma to lead the global product management organization for the Biopharma business. The role defines and executes the portfolio strategy across life science tools and workflows used in cell line development and bioprocessing.
The ideal candidate will own long-range vision, multi-year roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle governance, leading a global team and collaborating with R&D, Sales, and regional leaders to deliver
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in product/portfolio management, or related leadership in life sciences.
- Experience leading global product portfolios with strategy, pricing, and lifecycle ownership.
- Strong understanding of life science customer workflows and market dynamics.
- Ability to translate insights into portfolio priorities and business cases.
Responsibilities
- Define and own global Biopharma portfolio strategy across platforms.
- Develop a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap aligned to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead a global team of product managers and portfolio leaders.
- Drive pricing, lifecycle management, and portfolio governance.
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Regional leaders to execute strategy.
