Job summary

Westchester Medical Center seeks a Director, HR Operations – PEO to provide strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources across the PEO, overseeing HR Operations, Workforce Development, HRBPs, and Employee Engagement. This role partners with senior leaders to translate business needs into HR solutions that boost workforce effectiveness and organizational performance.

• Seven years’ HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience required.

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight of HR functions across the PEO, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
• Establish and implement HR operational strategies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee development, review, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate HR operations, performance metrics, and service delivery models to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Lead and support strategic HR initiatives, organizational changes, and cross-functional projects.
