Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. at the Kimpton Santo property in San Antonio, TX is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional hospitality, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and move quickly for long periods. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Completion of training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards and maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
