Summary
Leads the housekeeping department to deliver the highest level of guest services each day and night. Helps establish a safe and friendly work environment by managing and delegating assignments, scheduling, training, coaching, and developing a remarkable housekeeping team. Also responsible for working with management regarding budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for those who are team-oriented and have a strong service approach. This position requires strong leadership skills and a willingness to guide and develop team members to do their best by creating a motivating work environment. This position needs an individual who is passionate about excellence and guest service. Also, someone who is continuously evolving and improving their staff performance in order to provide a high level of service for all guests each and every day. Minimum five years management experience with at least three years in housekeeping management at progressively higher levels of responsibility. Bi-lingual- English/Spanish written and verbal communication skills are required.
