Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Georgia seeks a Chief Engineer to lead all engineering operations for our hotel. The role oversees emergency programs, energy management, asset protection, preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment, structures, and grounds, reporting to the General Manager.

You will direct Engineering staff, budgeting, asset protection, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering operations, emergency programs, energy management and asset protection.
• Experience directing maintenance staff and budgeting processes.
• Ability to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering, supervise staff, budgeting, asset protection and inventory control.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and ensure safe, high-quality service for guests.
• Coordinate with General Manager and Corporate Office to meet financial goals and asset protection.
• Inspect facilities, report incidents, and ensure timely maintenance actions.
