The role requires directing a team, managing budgets, and ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction across all hotel departments. A strong leadership mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering; maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Lead preventive maintenance and budget management aligned with hotel goals.
• Collaborate with General Manager and departments to deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
