Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks a senior Security leader to oversee the Moses Security department across Moses, CHAM, MAP, and surrounding campuses. You will lead a team to safeguard patients, staff, visitors, and assets, and collaborate with senior security leadership to set goals and policies.

Responsibilities include managing 24-hour operations, driving security initiatives, budgeting, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred)
• Ten years+ related experience required
• NYS Driver's License required
• CPR/ Basic Life Support Certification Required
• Security Guard License required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Montefiore Moses Security department across multiple campuses.
• Develop strategic security goals, policies, and procedures with leadership.
• Ensure 24-hour operations and safeguard patients, staff, and visitors.
• Direct Security activities and day-to-day operations.
• Mentor Security staff and manage scheduling and performance.
