Job summary

Montefiore seeks a seasoned security executive to lead the Moses Security department across Moses, CHAM, MAP and surrounding campuses. You will guide the security team to safeguard patients, staff, visitors and assets, while shaping policies and budgets for 24-hour operations.

You will direct day-to-day security, mentor staff, assess risks, implement access controls and ensure regulatory compliance in coordination with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Ten years+ of related experience is required.
• NYS Driver's License required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Security Guard License required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Security customer services for site and delegates accordingly.
• Partners with Patient Experience to review complaints and plan actions.
• Leads investigations and disciplinary processes for associates.
• Develops monthly budgets and monitors department expenditures.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and security policy adherence.
