Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Savannah is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to lead facilities management, maintenance, utilities, renovation, and construction. You will oversee the department's administrative and technical functions and participate in hospital safety and infection control committees to ensure high standards of care and safety.

The role emphasizes building a robust Quality Control program and maintaining EOC/OSHA compliance within a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in hospital maintenance and environmental services.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all administrative and technical aspects of the department.
• Oversee maintenance of the facility and grounds, utilities, renovation, and new construction.
• Participate in hospital committees with Safety and Infection Control responsibilities.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Program.
• Ensure Environment of Care and OSHA standards compliance.
