Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro is seeking a Director of Plant Operations / Hospital Facilities Director to lead the maintenance, utilities, renovation, and capital projects for our Willingboro, NJ facility. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in hospital maintenance/environmental services or related areas.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the facility and grounds, utilities, restoration and renovation, and new construction.
• Plan, direct, and supervise all administrative and technical department activities.
• Participate in hospital committees, especially Safety and Infection Control.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Program.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental of Care and OSHA standards.
