Job summary

Regency Hospital Cleveland West is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee the facility's operations, maintenance, and grounds, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient services. You will manage administrative and technical aspects of the department while aligning with hospital objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Requires a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in provision of maintenance, environmental services, and related services in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required.
• Preferred: College Degree related to building construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Planning, directing, and supervising all administrative and technical aspects of the department.
• Developing, reviewing, and managing the activities of self and other personnel in the department.
• Actively participating in hospital committees which impact this department, with specific responsibility on the Safety and Infection Control Committees.
• Establishing and maintaining a Quality Control Program.
• Responsible for maintaining and Environment of Care and OSHA standards in accordance current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
