Job summary

Barnhart Energy Company is seeking a Director of Operations for Heavy Haul to provide operational leadership across projects. This position ensures all Heavy Haul activities are performed safely and efficiently while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The Director will coordinate training initiatives, manage relationships with regulatory agencies, and support project teams through effective communication and operational support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy haul transportation.
• Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to develop and mentor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for Heavy Haul projects.
• Assist in planning equipment availability.
• Develop training initiatives for Heavy Haul operators.
