The Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director of Business Development is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in discussions related to a wide variety of facility issues including, but not limited to, strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment, and retention. The Director of Business Development is responsible for the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, management of all sales and business development activities and maintaining an active and productive working relationship with internal departments and communicates issues or potential problems pro-actively, especially with CEO and Director of Admissions/Intake.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required; Master's Degree preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development for hospitals, physicians or other medical services. Previous work in behavioral health preferred.
Must have a valid Driver's License
