$75,100.00/yr - $78,471.00/yr

Position: Director, Growth and Sales, Midwest Region

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Lindsey Nurczyk, Managing Director, Partnerships and Growth, Midwest

Start date: July 1, 2025

Location: Chicago, IL or: Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan

Salary Range: $75,100 - $78,471 is the hiring salary range (i.e. the range a candidate would be offered to start). Please note: OneGoal aligns salaries to Cost of Labor, so the actual salary offered would be dependent on the Cost of Labor in the candidate’s living location.

The Person

The mission of this role is to support district success and growth and sales excellence in order to retain active Midwest partners and grow our footprint in the region.

You will do this by:

  • Ensuring all active partners in Michigan and Indiana experience a seamless partner success journey from initial contact to final meeting of the school year. (35%)
  • Growing our footprint in Michigan and Indiana by meeting new partner and service revenue goals. (45%)
  • Maximizing opportunities and promoting learning through cross-team collaboration. (20%)
  • This position requires 10-20% travel quarterly

Qualifications:

  • Lived experience of the Fellows we serve (Preferred)
  • Experience in portfolio management and sales (Preferred)
  • Travel to school sites and conferences / convenings across our Midwest footprint (MI, IN, WI, IL) as needed
