Lupin Ltd is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Analytics & Strategic Insights to lead analytics across our Neurosciences Specialty portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape commercial strategy, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

The role focuses on developing scalable analytical frameworks, market modeling, and forward-looking insights to guide brand strategy, lifecycle management, and business development decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience in commercial analytics, strategy, marketing, or business development.
• Demonstrated expertise in patient journey development, commercial/epidemiology-based modeling, competitive intelligence, and primary market research.

Responsabilités

• Lead insight generation and analytics across Lupin's Specialty portfolio.
• Develop scalable frameworks and actionable insights to support brand strategy, lifecycle management, portfolio prioritization, and business development decisions.
• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership; create executive-level presentations outlining risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and elevate analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and Business Development to align insights with business assumptions.
