Lupin Ltd in Naples, FL is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Strategy to shape enterprise-wide and therapeutic-area strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals and biosimilars. The role requires 8+ years in management consulting or in-house strategy within life sciences, with deep knowledge of Respiratory, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology portfolios.

You will partner with senior leadership to guide investments, launches, and risk decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s in a science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in-house strategy within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 5+ years in consulting, advising pharma clients on growth, portfolio strategy, product launches, pipeline prioritization, and biosimilar markets.
• In-house experience supporting C-level initiatives, long-range planning, M&A, licensing, or biosimilar portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shaping enterprise and therapeutic-area strategies for specialty products and biosimilar portfolios.
• Leading analyses on portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, indication expansion, and pipeline decisions.
• Developing biosimilar strategies (market entry, pricing, access, competition, portfolio optimization).
• Collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams.
• Supporting launch planning, post-LOE strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Partnering with senior leadership to inform investment, growth, and risk decisions.
• Creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
• Communicating strategy across the organization to ensure alignment and execution.
