Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project leadership experience for large, complex deployments.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and subcontract management.
• Strong contract term negotiation, change-order handling, and escalation experience.
• Experience in grid-scale battery storage or renewable energy projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a project management team for multiple large-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage project risks.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
