Qualifications

  • Required: Demonstrated success writing, submitting, and coordinating grant applications.
  • Strong knowledge of grant management, grants administration, and funding compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, or grant-funded programs strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and staff.

  • Maintain accurate records, confidential files, databases, and grant documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and organizational reporting requirements.
