Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SAHE (Student Affairs in Higher Education), Business, Marketing, Communication, HR.
• A minimum of six years of recruitment, admissions and event planning experience with a thorough understanding of the enrollment funnel to make strategic and data driven decisions.
• Demonstrated management experience with the ability to collaborate, lead, inspire and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead theGraduate School admission strategy and oversee marketing, lead generation, admissions operations, data management, and yield initiatives.
• Supervise staff and provide recruitment and admissions oversight for certificate, master’s, and doctoral programs.
• Coordinate with Marketing to review collateral and align campaigns; manage budget and reporting.
