Job summary

Skylo Technologies in Mountain View, CA seeks a Director of Program Management to own delivery across Software, Network, Product, and Customer Success. You will build two pods—Technical Program Management and Program Operations—and scale a global satellite program at Skylo’s live direct-to-device network.

Lead a high-impact team, drive predictable execution, and collaborate with partners to ensure customer-focused delivery while shaping Skylo’s growing satellite platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large cross-functional programs.
• Strong ability to align engineering, product, and customer success.
• Fluent in cloud-native architectures and telecom operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Program Management and Program Operations pods.
• Own end-to-end program execution across software, network, product, and support.
• Identify and surface risks early; clear blockers.
• Establish processes and delivery standards for scale.
• Coordinate quarterly planning, mid-quarter reviews, and retrospectives.
