Skylo Technologies in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead two pods: Technical Program Management and Program Operations, delivering complex programs across software, networks, and products. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to ensure predictable, customer-focused delivery at scale.

You will drive integration with satellite operators, carriers, chipset makers, and OEMs globally, maintain risk

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling TPM teams inside complex software, networking, or telecom environments.
• Ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams through clarity and credibility.
• Fluently align engineering, product, and customer success around programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across Technical Program Management and Program Operations trusted to deliver.
• Own program execution across Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Product, Product Support, and Customer Success.
• Manage inter-team dependencies, surface risk early, clear blockers before they stall delivery.
• Apply engineering judgment to trade-offs between speed, performance, and technical debt.
• Establish processes, tooling, and delivery standards the org relies on to ship predictably as scope grows.
• Run the operating rhythms that turn strategy into commitments: quarterly planning, mid-quarter reviews, and retrospectives.
• Shorten the loop from field issue to engineering fix and build feedback channels from customer operations.
