Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the enterprise talent practices strategy and governance.
• Lead succession planning, leadership readiness, and talent reviews.
• Improve performance management, career pathing, and internal mobility.
• Oversee talent analytics, workforce insights, and AI enablement in talent processes.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate priorities into actions.
